Lunch-N-Learn

Thank you for your interest in becoming a sponsor for an ASDA Lunch & Learn. Lunch & Learns are a great opportunity for our students to learn about dental-related topics and for organizations to begin relationships with future dental professionals. Please keep in mind that the purpose of a Lunch & Learn is to educate our students, not for participating organizations to directly promote specific companies, products, or services.

Lunch & Learns are tailored to our D1/D2 class to introduce iconic names and brands of the dental field to our students at an early stage, so when they're practicing dentists they are more familiar with your company. We cap the attendance between 60-100 students depending on your company's limits. We use Eventbrite to get an estimate attendance. At this time DS1s and DS2s have seperate LnLs from the DS3s and DS4s due to class schedules. Dinner-n-Learns/Happy Hours are tailored to our D3/D4 class specifically.

Can I pass out any materials?

Yes, you may distribute flyers or samples.

How do I pay for the LnL and when is payment due?

We accept check, Venmo (@Sanantonio-ASDA), checks made payable to San Antonio ASDA, or credit cards. Note there is a 3.5% charge for using credit card. Payment needs to be received no later than the day of the event.

Can I have materials sent by mail ahead of time?

Yes, you can mail you materials to the following address. Simply make us aware you are sending materials so we know to expect them.

When can I start setting up the room?

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the event to set up. Based on previous experience, this is plenty of time for set up, and please contact our LnL coordinator if you need assistance in set up.
